Order Processing

Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email of your order.

In Stock 

In stock items, please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment. 

Custom & Out of Stock

Custom and Out of Stock orders, please allow 3-14 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment.  

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are calculated and broken down at checkout based on your custom orders weight and destination. 

Tracking 

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its journey.

Weekends, Holidays, and Weather Exclusions

We don’t ship on weekends or federal holidays, so please be mindful of those expected delays if you are ordering close to a Weekend or bank holiday.  Occasionally weather or peak seasons may add a day or two to our process/handling time but we will always do our best to keep delays as minimal as possible; however, you will be informed!
