Return Policy

Due to the nature of us being a small business, all sales are final.  We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items Policy

If you received a damaged package, please take photos of the package prior to opening.  If any items were damaged, please take photos of the item(s).  Make sure you take a photo of the shipping label that reflects the tracking number.

You will need to contact your local post office or UPS Store to file a claim.  All orders are insured.  Provide them with the tracking number and the photos.  Once you receive your confirmation from the Post Office or UPS, please contact us at LetsTalk@lake-and-co.com to arrange your replacement order.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel please do the following: 

Contact us within 24 hours of placing the order using the contact form on our website or email LetsTalk@lake-and-co.com.

We’ll review your request and let you know if we’re able to cancel. All cancellations are subject to approval.
